Though my previous post was about Lugano we started our Autumn trip with Parma.
It is a really beautiful place and oh, they know how to prepare delicious food! Parma is famous for prosciutto di Parma, parmigiano and tortellini. People say if you never ate tortellini in Parma you never ate real tortellini. And though in general I am not a very big fan of them – I LOVED their tortellini! I guess it is good I am not living in Parma, because I think it would easily become my favorite food…
