Dear customer,

I appreciate you so much. I am so happy to run my Etsy shop, to share with you my creations, my ideas and I am so glad when you like them, when you are happy with your purchase and enjoy my patterns... it happens that something goes wrong, you didn't receive your pattern on time, you can't open the file, you don't see the photos... or you are just not happy with what you received - just let me know it. I am always here, I am always ready to help, to solve the problem... I only need communication... I will just not know that something went wrong...
